Policy and Information Packet Pick-Up Checklist Hotel Packet Pick-Up Champion Timing Chip Youth Run Packet Pick-Up   Packet Pick-Up and Policy Information Location - Crystal Gateway Marriott Hotel at the intersection of Eads and 15th St in Arlington, VA. Go to the Grand Ballroom for packets & timing chips. T-shirts in the Arlington Ballroom. Dates and Times - Friday, October 3rd, 10AM to 7PM or Saturday, October 4th, 8:30AM to 4PM.   T-shirts - T-shirt sizes are available to registrants on a first-come-first-serve basis. Obtain t-shirts at the Expo in the Arlington Ballroom. Upgraded Technical Shirts - Pick-up is at a separate table than the standard cotton shirts. If you have upgraded, you only get the upgraded shirt, not both. Note: Your race number must have a "U" on it. Timing Chips - All rental chips are distributed at the hotel. Chip owners bring your personal chip to be scanned. $20 charge for not returning your rental chip. No Team Pick-Up - Each runner must obtain his/her packet. Pick-up a friend’s or teammate’s packet/chip/t-shirt with a copy of their photo ID. No exceptions! Corrections/Problems - Go to the Solutions Table for corrections to the spelling of your name, age, or gender. Proof of entry is required if your name is not in the database. Packet Pick-Up Policy   1. No team or individual changes 2. No transfers. No race day pick-up 3. ATM entry fees are non-refundable 4. All runners must obtain their packet and t-shirt at the hotel 5. No race day pick-up and no packets are mailed out 6. Must have photo ID to obtain packet 7. Plan accordingly or have a friend pick-up your packet/chip/t-shirt with a copy of your photo ID. No exceptions! Expo - Take time to shop the ATM Expo for shoes, running clothes, health services, fitness products, and official ATM gear. Expo is FREE and runs in conjunction with Packet Pick-Up. Area Parking/Commuting - Limited metered parking is available throughout the area and in the HQ Hotel. More is available under the Crystal City Shops. Parking is free weekdays after 4:30PM, and all day Saturdays and Sundays. Hotel is metro accessible via the Blue and Yellow lines to the Crystal City stop. By Metro take the blue/yellow line to the Crystal City stop. Since parking is limited, participants are strongly urged to use Metro. TOP   Hotel Packet Pick-Up - The 5 Steps Step 1 - Have your photo ID and Race Number before you leave for Packet Pick-Up. Race number can be obtained online at armytenmiler.com by October 2.  Step 2 - Go to the Crystal Gateway Marriott, not the Crystal City Marriott in Arlington, VA. Take Metro blue/yellow train to the Crystal City stop. Go to the Grand Ballroom. If driving, there is limited parking at the hotel and in the surrounding area. Step 3 - Present your photo ID to obtain your packet. Check your name, age, and gender information on your race number (bib). Forgot your number... check the Runner Board at the hotel. For corrections or problems go to the Solutions Table. Step 4 - Obtain your timing chip. No chip, no race results. Chip owners bring your personal chip to be scanned. $20 charge for all rental chips that are not returned. Step 5 - Obtain T-shirt at the Expo in the Arlington Ballroom just down the hall. TOP Youth Run Packet Pick-Up Parents/guardian may pick up Youth Run T-shirts and Bibs outside of the Grand Ballroom during regular Packet Pick-Up hours. If space is available, parents may register kids during Packet Pick-Up hours. Sorry, no race-day registration. Registration is $10 and a paret or legal guardian must be present to sign the liability waiver.  TOP
