However, we also respect the rights of runners and others to have a place where they can engage in discussions and information associated with the Army Ten-Miler. Anyone posting illegal, unprofessional, off topic or inappropriate comments will have his/her comments deleted and may be blocked from using the ATM Community page.
Online Transfer Program Information
Did you purchase an entry that you can't use? You can transfer it to someone else. If you don't have someone to transfer to, you can find someone by utilizing our online transfer program boards. The seller is responsible for finding a buyer. Sellers can post their sale on the seller transfer board or look through the buyer boards and choose an individual.
Are you looking to get into the race? Post on the buyer transfer board or respond to a post on the seller transfer board. If you are picked, the original registrant will initiate the transaction. Please read the transfer rules and how the transfer program works below.
Transfer Rules
--If you ordered an Upgrade shirt, the upgrade transfers to the buyer. Unfortunately we
cannot change the upgrade size because the upgrades have been pre-ordered.
--If the original registrant ordered the standard running long-sleeve shirt, there will not be
an opportunity for the new registrant to order the performance upgrade.
--There will be a transfer fee which will be paid by the individual accepting the transferred
registration. Reimbursement of the entry fee to the original registrant must be handled by
the two parties involved in the transaction.
--The Army Ten-Miler does not condone the charging of fees over the standard entry fees.
Posts offering or seeking numbers at fees in excess of the standard entry fee are subject to
removal from the transfer board.
How the Transfer Program Works
The seller initaties the process by clicking on the transfer banner at the top of this page. A form will come up asking for the last four digits of your credit card that you used for the original purchase (if you do not have this information, you can choose the second option which emails a code to you) and the email of the buyer.
Fill in the required information and an email with a link will be automatically sent to the buyer. The buyer has 72 hours to click on the link to accept the registration. The buyer will be asked for a credit card (there is an administration fee for the transfer process). Click to send the information and the transaction is complete. The buyer should check for his or her name under the registration confirmation tab to double check that the transaction was successful.
