Registration
Priority registration presented by Navy Federal Credit Union will open May 1. To be eligible for priority registration you must have either run the ATM seven (7) or more times OR are a U.S. service member. Military MUST use a .mil email address when registering. We understand that DoD civilians also have a .mil email address but early registration is open to U.S. service members only. We trust that everyone will honor this and abide by the ATM policy.
General registration will open May 15. There will be 20,000 registrations available on a first come, first serve basis.
Costs
Entry Fee: $55
Training Shirt: $32 (includes shipping) - Order your official training shirt when you register and SAVE! The 2012 short sleeve Brooks Podium performance training shirt is available in men's and women's sizes. G&G outfitters will ship all shirts within two weeks of your order. Special price valid with registration only.
Official Race Shirt Upgrade: $30 - Upgrade your 50/50 official 2012 runner shirt to a long sleeve Brooks Podium performance shirt for only $30. The shirts are available in men's and women's sizes. The upgrade shirt is available to runners only on the registration website. Shirts are non-refundable and convey with entry transfer. Shirts are NOT mailed out. You MUST pick your shirt up at the Army Ten-Miler Health & Fitness Expo.
Pasta Dinner: $29 - The pasta dinner, all-you-can-eat buffet, is Oct 20 at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, Va. Pick up your tickets at the Army Ten-Miler Health & Fitness Expo.
Transfers
The online transfer program will run from Jun 1 - Aug 31. If you are registered, you may transfer your registration to another individual through the form found on the Registation Transfer tab. You may also post your sale on the Seller Transfer Board which will be posted on Jun 1. If you are looking to purchase a registration into the sold out race, you may post on the Buyer Transfer Board and respond to posts on the Seller Transfer Board.
There is an administrative fee charged to the buyer of the registration. The buyer and seller must work out the terms of the sale and payment. The ATM makes the Buyer and Seller boards available to help connect the two groups. The ATM is NOT responsible for the financial transaction of the sale/purchase.
