Race Rules
ATM Race Day Policy
The race will take place rain or shine. No race day packet pick-up. Entry fees are nonrefundable.
Time Limit
You must be at the 5 mile by 9:45am. If you arrive at the 5 mile mark after 9:45am, you will directed towards the Finish Line. If you are redirected you will not receive an official 10-mile time or result.
Seeding
When you register, you will be asked for your best 10K or longer distance race time in the past year. If you have not run a 10K or longer distance in the last year, you will be asked for your estimated finish time.
Race Bib Policy
Race bib swapping is NOT allowed. Any unregistered runner that competes with a registered runner's race bib will be disqualified. If the unregistered race bib number is associated with a team, the whole team will be disqualified from the competition. ATM officials are taking a firm position on handing off race bib numbers due to the liability issues and the adverse impace on scoring, results and awards.
The following items are NOT allowed on the race course
Video and audio devices (CD or DVD players, mobile phones, MP3 players/iPods, cameras, etc.), weapons, combustible material (lighters and matches), clothing with vulgar writing, aerosol sprays (pepper or mace), strollers, baby-joggers, roller blades, skateboards, bicycles, animals, bags and backpacks.
The following items are ALLOWED on the course
Flags, heart rate monitors, water bottles, GPS watches, pace monitors (not used in conjunction with a listening device), medical kits and gel packs. Water belts and fanny packs are subject to search.
Race security
ATM Security Policy
I understand that the Army reserves the right to implement security policies that it deems necessary to ensure the safety and security of all runners and spectators at the race. In the event of any security policy change, there will be no refunds.

Only registered runners with an official ATM race bib are allowed access to the Start Line. No exceptions.
