Volunteering at the Army Ten-Miler (ATM)
There are many reasons why you may choose to volunteer at the ATM. You may have a connection to the military or the sport of running or you just may be hanging out with friends, family or co-workers. Volunteering is a commitment you make because you want to make a difference. You want to create a memorable experience for the runners, spectators and other volunteers. And the Army Ten-Miler wants to make sure you have a memorable experience as well.
Volunteering should be fun. When you come out and spend the day with the ATM, you will have fun and you will work hard. When the day is over, you will feel a sense of accomplishment and, you may have even made a friend or two.
