Army Ten-Miler Virtual Race Registration
 

ATM VIRTUAL RACE REGISTRATION

The Army Ten-Miler, Virtual Edition registration will open on January 31, 2024. This event is a limited event with 2,000 slots and is expected to sell out. Please register early. There are no transfers between the Virtual and In-Person race events in 2024. All sales are final, no refunds and no deferrals will be permitted. There will be no Virtual Teams. The cost of the ATM Virtual registration is $89 plus processing fees until April 30, 2024. Price will increase to $99 plus processing fees, starting May 1, 2024. The Virtual Race Registration will remain open until sold out.

Virtual Runner Packets

Virtual runner packets will continue to ship in batches. The address provided during registration will be used for shipping ATM Virtual Runner Packets and any merchandise purchased during ATM Registration, except Pasta Dinner tickets which must be picked up at the ATM Expo on October 11 & 12 at the DC Armory. ATM fulfillment supplier will start shipping the packets in June of 2024 and will continue to do so on a rolling basis until all registration packets have been fulfilled.

Virtual Scoring

Submitting your virtual runner results is completely voluntary. Virtual Race is not officially scored and your results will not be ranked.  Participants are not required to submit their results to receive their packets, including the finisher medal. If you choose to submit your results, you will not be scored nor evaluated by ATM's official timing contractor. Since the virtual race is a recreational run, you will not receive a rank/place in the ranked in-person race results. The virtual race will not count towards priority club membership. 

 

Virtual Runner Awards

There are no virtual awards. 

 


REGISTRATION DEFERRALS & CANCELLATIONS

Army Ten-Miler does not offer deferrals of registration. The only exceptions to this policy are the U.S. Military Active Duty members on official deployment orders.  

REGISTRATION REFUNDS: The race is run rain or shine. There are no refunds/deferrals. 

Please note that you will be required to agree to the ATM race waivers before you can proceed to the checkout page of the registration, pay, and complete the registration.

Security Policy: In the event of any security policy change, there will be no refunds/deferrals. 

Refund Policy: I understand there are no refunds/deferrals. if I do not participate in this race and its associated events (i.e. Youth Run and others) or if this race and its associated events cannot be held because of an act of God or circumstances beyond the Army Ten-Miler Fund's control, i.e. weather delays and impact, pandemic and impact, civil unrest, government restrictions, or unforeseen commercial delays any expenses incurred or entry fees and processing fees paid by me to participate will not be refunded.”
